What counts as an "analysis"?
One full property run: comps, both valuation models, and the AI deal breakdown for a single address. Re-opening a saved analysis doesn't count again.
What happens if I hit my monthly volume?
You can upgrade a tier in one click or wait for your cycle to reset. We don't silently bill overages.
Is skip tracing really included? Others charge per hit.
Included, within your plan's analysis volume — with DNC and litigator flags on every returned number. No $0.15-per-hit meter running while you build a list.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes — two clicks from settings, effective at the end of your billing cycle. Monthly only; we don't do annual lock-ins.
Do you offer refunds?
That's what the 7-day trial with 15 free analyses is for — prove it on real deals before a dollar moves. If something's broken after that, talk to us.
Do I need MLS access or a real estate license?
No. PropTitan pulls property records, sales history, and sold comps for you — no license or MLS membership required.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade whenever you want; billing is handled through Stripe and adjusts to the new plan.
