Is skip tracing included or billed per hit?

What do I get back on a skip trace?
Phone numbers and email addresses for the property owner, attached directly to the property record you traced from. Each phone number carries its own DNC and litigator flags.
What are the DNC and litigator badges?
A DNC badge means the number appears on Do-Not-Call registries. A litigator badge means the person is a known TCPA litigator — someone with a history of suing over unwanted calls. Both sit on the number itself, so you see them before you dial. The badges inform your outreach; they are not legal advice.
Do I have to upload a list to skip trace?
